Service Terms and Conditions

NEW ACCOUNT & MINIMUM ORDERS

All initial orders are pro-forma. To open an account, a customers must complete a application form with two trade references, as well as bank details. Upon receipt of acceptable credit references, all orders will be subject to the Company's normal 30 day net terms. A minimum initial order is £500. There is no minimum order after the first order.

Please Note : All prices on this site are exclusive of discounts, taxes and shipping. All orders via this site are "request for our products" and do not represent final orders.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND RETURNS

Any damages and breakages must be reported within three days of receipt of order.

PAYMENTS

Account terms are 30 days net. Customers will be invoiced the same day as delivery. Accounts can be settled by cheque made payable to P.Kennedy Ltd. or alternatively by credit card. The company accepts most major credit cards.

DELIVERY

All orders are despatched by recorded or registered post and also by the Company's in-house carrier. Delivery will be made within 5 working days. Small orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt. A minimum carriage fee of £3.65 is charged on orders up to £475 within the U.K mainland and Northern Ireland only.

CLAIMS

All goods remain the property of P.Kennedy Ltd until payment has been received.

The risk in goods shall to the buyer on delivery, but will remain with the Company until full payment has been received from the buyer ( each order considered as a whole ).

In the event on non-payment, the Company is entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale in the hands of any buyer or any liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Payment methods either by
- Irrevocable letter of credit
- 35% deposit with order and International Payment prior to despatch
- Goods purchased by credit card will be despatched to the billing address.
